Have Fun and Get Fit!

Come join us for a fun-filled workout every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm at the Possum Kingdom Chamber of  Commerce.

Lift weights, work your core, enjoy low impact aerobics as we workout to some of your favorite tunes.  Our goal is to have fun and sweat while supporting each other in our efforts to achieve weight loss or weight maintenance and better health.

$5 per session - pay as you go - no long term committment

**First session is FREE!  (for local residents)
